I love working out with Shawn. I get the individualized attention I need and never have to worry that I’m doing an exercise incorrectly, like I do in big classes. She will tailor the workout to meet your needs and can work around injuries. The studio is beautiful and clean. Shawn is flexible about scheduling and offers some great packages. Best of all, I’ve seen results that keep me going back. You really do “grow fit”!

Shawn’s work has provided me with added energy, strength and flexibility. I’ve seen her transform a young man with nearly inoperable legs to a fully functional high school senior wearing only a single knee brace! She’s helping me with failed shoulder.

I have LOVED Pilates with Shawn! Shawn keeps you motivated and is continuously changing the workout so that you are never bored. She ALWAYS greets you with a smile, keeps you smiling and you walk out the door with a huge smile as well. I have done Pilates with Shawn for several months and she has been willing to incorporate some interval workouts also. I’m never sure what the combination of exercises will be and I’m amazed at the different dynamic combinations of movements she pulls together for yet another GREAT workout!

I love the personalized attention I get at Grow-Fit studios. Shawn individualizes each lesson to work on a balance of different muscle groups. She uses a variety of different Pilates techniques so each lesson is unique. I’ve noticeably increased in my strength and flexibility since starting Pilates at Grow-Fit last year. One of the things I really appreciate is that Shawn completes periodic progress checks. She illustrates progress by repeating certain exercises from time to time and I’m able to see that something that was hard or nearly impossible at one point is getting easier and I can to move on to a more advanced version. Shawn also pushes me and continues to find ways to challenge me and continue my progress. Shawn’s willingness to be accommodating with scheduling lesson times helps me be able to continue my exercise routine at Grow-Fit. I’ve been going for over a year and that’s the longest I’ve maintained an exercise routine since I was in organized sports in High School and College.
