I have uploaded my very first video to YouTube today and have my own channel – Grow-Fit Studio! This first video is demonstrating and explaining 5 concepts (Grow-Fit Tips) which originate in Pilates, but can be applied in an interval workout (or any other form of exercise). The exercises shown are very simple and similar for some of the concepts that I touch on – this is for demonstration purposes only. My reason for making this was to help people understand that concepts learned in Pilates cross over to any activity and can enable you to learn to move efficiently and safely. Not everyone wants to do Pilates and I understand that. I just wish to show you that what is learned in Pilates is very beneficial to healthy movement.
Videos I will be posting from now on will be realtime interval workouts 10-15mins long and they will have these Grow-Fit Tips listed during the video to help you keep them in mind as you are doing the exercises. I hope that you will find this type of video helpful. This is all new to me, so I am learning as I go and hopefully will get more comfortable in front of the camera! It is harder to do than it looks!
